Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the company's talent recruitment, the development and maintenance of talent recruitment channels.

2. Handle the procedures for the entry, departure, transfer and transfer of employees and the management of personnel files.

3. Support the implementation of employee welfare and other affairs, improve employee stability and satisfaction, and create and maintain harmonious employee relationships.

4. Responsible for government project declaration, complete the preparation and application of certification materials for company R&D related qualifications (high-tech, enterprise technology center, etc.).

5. Responsible for maintaining the validity of patent rights, tracking and reviewing and managing patent process affairs.

6. Administrative related work: clean and safe office environment, procurement of office supplies, organization of regular team building activities (such as monthly birthday parties), holiday welfare program reporting and procurement, etc.

7. Complete other tasks arranged by superiors.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree with 5 years or above related work experience, familiar with various modules of human resource management, various laws, regulations and policies of human resources, familiar with various modules of administrative operation, and have proficient skills and profound insights into administrative work.

2. Familiar with the use of various office software, and have strong document writing ability.

3. Have strong learning ability, communication and coordination skills, strong goal planning, serious and responsible work; have independent thinking ability, adaptability, and ability to withstand pressure.

4. Those with relevant work experience in intellectual property rights and enterprise qualification declaration are preferred.
