Transimpedance Amplifier

minisilicon provides a variety of transimpedance amplifier (TIA) chip products, which use SiGe technology. It can realize wide-band low-noise preamplification of PIN or APD photodetector current signals. Our TIA has industry-leading performance in power consumption, noise, linearity and automatic gain control. Products include limiting TIA for NRZ receivers, linear TIA for PAM4 receivers, etc. They are suitable for datacenters, 5G wireless bearer networks, FTTx, and other short-distance to several thousand kilometers optical interconnection applications, and support data transmission rates from 10Gbps to 400Gbps.
