The MS58000 is a highly integrated transceiver chip that meets the requirements of XGS PON applications. The transmitter is equipped with input equalization and output pre emphasis functions, integrated with APC automatic power control, Umpolung and multiple eye diagram plasticity functions, and can collect temperature, voltage, current and other information required for digital diagnosis of DDM. The high sensitivity limiting amplifier at the receiving end integrates AC coupling current and discharge switch to achieve fast burst mode signal detection. The output amplitude is adjustable and supports flexible pulse broadening time settings.

The ms58050 combines an EML laser driver/CDR with a high-performance limiting amplifier to meet 10G ER applications. The ms58050 provides an optional jitter filter to ensure that the margin meets the jitter generation specification, and has an APC loop that extends the dynamic range and improves the resolution to support various Optical module transmitters.
