Job Description

1.Participate in chip definition, determine the overall architecture of analog circuits. and independently complete circuit modeling, design,simulation, verification, and other tasks;

2.Prepare Technical documentation of analog circuits:

3.Plan the layout of the layout, guide and assist layout engineers in completing the layout design,and ensure that the design requirements are met;

4.Assist test engineers to develop test specifications and complete chip analog ln-circuit testing,

5.Assist application engineers in solving problems during chip mass production.

Job requirements:

1.Majorin microelectronics and Electronic engineering, with more than 8 years of bachelor's degree and more than 5 years of experience in analog circuit design.

2. Proficientin the design methods of analog lC circuits, have a deep understanding of semiconductor devices and process flow,and be familiar with them CMOS、SLGE processes.

3.Proficient in using analog circuit level design tools such as Cadence or Synopsys

4.Possess good teamwork skills,communication skills, learning ability,and problem-solving skills, and collaborate with R&D team members to achieve established goals.

5.Have good English reading skills

6.Experience in mass production of multiple lCs, with experience in ADC, DAC, PLL, and Serdes development is preferred.
