ms48040

The ms48040 is a high-performance quad channel TIA designed for applications that require data rates from 8.5Gbps to 28Gbps. The ms48040 consumes very low current around 27mA for compact optical interconnect solutions. The input amplifier contains AGC which supports very wide input optical power range.
