Laser Diode Driver

minisilicon provides wide range of optical modulator drivers that can be integrated to create low-cost, high-performance optical communication systems. minisilicon  main technology platform uses high-performance CMOS and SiGe technology to meet performance and cost requirements. Products include high-performance externally modulated laser (EML) drivers, direct-modulated laser (DML) drivers and VCSEL drivers, supporting the data transmission rate upto 100Gbps, suitable for short distances such as PON, data centers, 5G wireless bearer networks, and core optical networks ranging from short distances to thousands of kilometers in Optical communication applications. Surface mount, bare-die and other packaging forms are provided.
