On September 10, the three-day CIOE2025 Shenzhen Optical Expo grandly opened, drawing large crowds. As the largest industry event in the global optical communication field, it has garnered significant attention from both within and outside the industry. Minisilicon’s booth, 12D53, has been continuously bustling with visitors from various regions. Among the highlights are Minisilicon’s 4x112G PAM4 CDR TxRx/ReTimer/ReDriver series of chips.

On the first day of the event, Minisilicon’s 4×112 Gbps PAM4 CDR TxRx full-series chips, showcased as a key product, were awarded the "Optoelectronic Technology Innovation Award" by the event’s organizing committee, recognizing their outstanding performance metrics and leading innovative value. This honor not only reflects the industry’s high recognition of Minisilicon’s continuous R&D efforts but also owes much to the long-term trust and support of customers and partners. Here, we extend our sincerest gratitude to the CIOE organizing committee, the expert judging panel, and all friends who have supported Minisilicon’s growth! In the future, Minisilicon will continue to uphold the philosophy of "technology-driven and innovation-focused," concentrating on the development of core high-speed optical interconnection chips. We will collaborate with industry partners to advance optical communication technology evolution and contribute higher-performance, higher-reliability Chinese solutions to global digital infrastructure.

We welcome friends and peers from the industry to visit Minisilicon’s booth 12D53 for exchanges!

About Minisilicon
The Minisilicon team is a mature group of high-tech talents with international backgrounds, originating from Silicon Valley. With over 20 years of experience in commercial, optical communication, clock, and mixed-signal integrated circuit chips, Minisilicon is a high-tech enterprise in Shanghai and a specialized "Little Giant" SME. The company currently holds 49 invention patents (including those under application and integrated circuit layout design patents).
Minisilicon’s 4x112G PAM4 CDR transceiver chipset is the only single-channel 100G CDR solution provider, breaking the monopoly of overseas giants like MARVELL and BROADCOM in high-speed DSP and achieving a fully domestic analog solution for short-range applications. Minisilicon undertakes national key R&D projects commissioned by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, including the "Multimode 4x100Gb/s Drive Control, Transimpedance Amplification, and Clock Recovery Circuit" project.
Application scenarios: Computing power centers, data centers, embodied intelligence, vehicle optical networks, and other scenarios requiring high-speed optical connections or active copper cable links.
