Recently, Hengxin Huaye's strategic investment in Shanghai Mi Silicon has helped it become a leader in high-speed digital analog hybrid chips in China. This time, Shanghai Misilicon successfully completed a $10 million level financing, with institutions such as AVIC Investment, Dingqing Investment, and important industrial capital participating in this round of investment. Shanghai Mi Si's products have been recognized by downstream customers and have established a leading position in the domestic high-speed optical communication field.



Shanghai minisilicon was established in 2017, with its headquarters located in Shanghai. Hangzhou Mi Silicon is its wholly-owned subsidiary and is a high-tech chip research and development company led by research and development, integrating development, sales, and service. The Micon team is a mature overseas returnee high-tech talent team, which originates from Silicon Valley and has more than 20 years of experience in commercial, optical communication, clock and digital analog mixed integrated circuit chips. Its technical expertise includes the design of Optical communication module chips, high-speed transceivers, high-performance low-noise frequency synthesizers, and the development and application of high-speed SerDes PHY.

After rapid development, Optical module solutions and clock data distribution chips suitable for FTTx 10G PON OLT, 5G, data center and other applications have been developed. The products have passed the verification of well-known Optical module manufacturers in the industry and are used for batch production.

PON access network

PON access network is one of the most important application scenarios for optical communication. As a key core component, electric chips are a key factor in the development and evolution of PON equipment and module performance.
